Don’t Eat Fatty Foods At Work

Work of course can be very stressful indeed and when you are hard at work you can often very easily forget to eat the correct things or if you are like several people from my offices, not at all. So what should you be eating to keep your body, mind and health in order?

The food that we eat contains everything the body needs to keep fit and healthy which is why it is so important we get everything we need. If you are hard worker and you work a lot of your time then you will know how hard it is to eat all of the good things and not much of the bad things.

Eating Less Of

Many of these foods should really only be had on the very rare occassion but it is not the case when it comes to so many people working in an office. Meats are good for you there is no doubt about that but you shouldn’t be eating things like sausages, salami and meat pies a lot because these are very high in fat. One of the worst types of foods you can go out and buy are the salted ones. Many office workers often buy these because they can eat them whilst they are actually doing the work and of course they are cheap and easy to buy.

You cannot blame it on money either, there are many healthy dinners that cost a lot less than the processed ready meals.

Eating More Of

Eat more of the lean meats and have your five a day along with the recommended amount of water you should be drinking. It is great for trying new things, try a bit of fish one night and have a go at switching to brown bread.

So the next time you are wondering on what to have for lunch in that serviced office London and you are sitting on that rather dull ergonomic office seating make sure you are thinking about your health as well as your stomach.

Being comfy is also key to a good health so look into buy office furniture.
